The partnership Hub4Food launched a call to select pilot projects in collaboration with the project Research and Technology Organisations and on relevant needs from industry companies. The main objective is to test different technologies, implementing feasibility studies and activities.
Beneficiaries should be available to participate in collaborative projects between food SME located in an Atlantic Area region and to use or explore marine resources as a source for ingredients or products. Applications should also address at least one of the main target food subsectors: Bakery and pastry, Marine and seafood products, Meat products, Milk and dairy products, Prepared consumer foods, fruits & vegetables, beverages, and olive oil.
The terms of reference of the open call are explained in the webpage of Hub4Food and it previews the submission of applications before 31st January 2025 (17h CET). The partnership expects to select 12 pilot projects.
