The results of the ATLIC Project will be discussed at a Dissemination Event, promoted by InCubo Alto Minho, in the 26th and 27th of November, in Arcos de Valdevez (Portugal). Several delegations from the Atlantic regions and Tânia Afonso, Interreg Atlantic Area project manager, attended the event.
Dozens of young people are sharing new ideas for starting businesses in the blue economy of the Atlantic Area. The main goal is to create a test community called the Atlantic Innovation Blue Community.
Partners plan to do this by setting up special places called open innovation labs, sharing knowledge, teaching new skills, and building networks of support. Their approach is based on a model that involves young people, teachers, small businesses, and both public and private groups, promoting everyone's active involvement.
