Brest will host from 15 to 17th October the Sea Tech Week 2024, an international event dedicated to maritime science and technology. Beneficiaries from INTERREG Atlantic Area will attend the programme to network and discover innovations that are shaping the future of the oceans.
Sea Tech Week is organised by Technopôle Brest-Iroise through Campus mondial de la mer, France’s premier community of experts in studying and working with the ocean, located at the tip of Brittany. In this edition, Ireland will be the featured country of the event.
The programme covers a wide variety of ocean-related disciplines around the theme of Maritime safety and security, from tackling pollution, navigating safely and handling data, to managing and protecting vessels, ports and MRE installations, and preserving our oceans. On 16th October, the Interreg Atlantic Area partnership Hydea promotes a workshop to overview issues related to hydrogen and e-fuels and to summarize case studies illustrations.
