During the Atlantic Week in Bordeaux, Interreg Atlantic Area promotes in close liaison with the Atlantic Stakeholders Platform Conference a joint event focused on "Blue Synergies". This approach highlights the strong cooperation between the Interreg Atlantic Area and the Atlantic Stakeholders Platform to support the implementation of the Atlantic Action Plan 2.0.
Building on the success of the 2023 Blue Synergies: Maximising Funding Impact in the Atlantic Sea Basin event, this follow-up session will deepen the dialogue on enhancing cooperation among stakeholders. This year, the session will focus on the priorities highlighted by the French Presidency of the Atlantic Maritime Strategy, specifically energy and ecological transitions to combat climate change and biodiversity decline. Participants will discuss how the sea-basin strategy can provide a joint vision and collaborative space for addressing these priorities in practical terms.
