Implementing the Atlantic Action Plan – Workshop on Funding and Project Development
Blue growth funding opportunities in the Atlantic Area and support to stakeholders to develop their project ideas will be addressed on this workshop
This event will take place on the 12th July at the Mersey Maritime Museum in Liverpool and is organised by the Support Team for the Atlantic Action Plan. It will provide a chance to hear about developments in the Atlantic Action Plan, an update on funding opportunities and the experience of projects that have already received funding from the Interreg Atlantic Area programme. It is also an opportunity to meet other stakeholders with an interest in developing projects of relevance to the Atlantic Area.
The UK National Contact Point, Guillaume Le Palud, will be representing the Atlantic Area Programme to inform about the latest updates of the programme and provide the necessary support to stakeholders in the development of their project idea.
The Atlantic Action Plan, put in place to implement the Atlantic Strategy, has been widely promoted in the UK in order to draw attention to stakeholders of both the opportunities it presents in the UK and also for collaboration with other EU Atlantic Member States, as France, Ireland, Portugal and Spain.
Agenda and registration form are available here. Please note the workshop is limited to 40 participants.
