European Week of Regions and Cities 2020
Be part of this annual event dedicated to cohesion policy by showcasing the Interreg best practices
The 18th edition of the European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is a four-day event dedicated to cohesion policy, where cities and regions will showcase their capacity to create growth and jobs, implement European Union cohesion policy, and prove the importance of the local and regional level for good European governance. This year the focus will be on the topics of Green Europe, Cohesion and Cooperation & Empowering Citizens.
In 2020, the Interreg programmes (European Territorial Cooperation) celebrate their 30th anniversary. The EU Regions Week will be an opportunity to mark this important milestone ahead of the 15-16 October Interreg annual event at the Square.
EURegionsWeek is a great opportunity to highlight your project results, promote your good practices, share experiences and explore synergies with actors from other regions.
If you want to become a partner of the EU Regions Week to showcase the Interreg best practices, you can apply to propose a workshop, an exhibition or a presentation. Visit the Partners section, read the guide for event partners and apply until the 17 April 2020 - NEW DEADLINE!
The EURegionsWeek will be held on the 12-15 October 2020, in Brussels and is jointly organised by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and the European Committee of the Regions (CoR).
