Interreg Atlantic Area workshop: Environmental actions on Atlantic coastal waters
What are the Atlantic projects doing to protect the environment and the marine biodiversity?
12.11.2019, Alfândega Porto Congress Centre
From 15:30 to 16:30
The Interreg Atlantic Area is promoting the workshop “Environmental actions on Atlantic coastal waters” during the 6th Atlantic Stakeholder Platform Conference.
This session aims to highlight the environmental actions on Atlantic coastal waters and showcase four Atlantic projects that through their expertise are working together to tackle common challenges affecting the areas involved.
Addressing issues such as marine litter, noise pollution and monitoring of transitional and coastal water quality, these projects will present the actions they’ve been developing on their fields of action and make some recommendations on what the future Blue Economy policy areas might be.
