The project tries to focus into the creation and development of the social entrepreneurship in the Macaronesian region and in Western Africa as strategy of social change, fights against the poverty and the integration of the most vulnerable populations. The project tries to consolidate a model for formation who promotes the initiative and the concretion of the ideas in viable business from the perspective of the social economy.
