The main objective of this project idea is to reduce regional imbalances existing in the Atlantic area: territories with high innovation and competitive economies developed in populated areas and other territories with low population density low economical developement and lack of competitiveness. This project idea promotes the use of transnational cooperation so that rural areas of the Atlantic area with low population density may also meet the goals and objectives to achieve smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, contributing to the thematic objectives related to the development of a knowledge-based economy, research and innovation, promoting a greener, more competitive and more efficient economy in terms of resources and the promotion of an economy with a high rate of youth employment by the introduction of a competitive entrepreneurship that will result in greater economic dynamism in the area and lead to greater territorial and social cohesion.
