The project aims to research, preparation, monitoring and control of discharges into the sea to improve prevention and resilience against accidental marine oil spills against.
The main objectives of the project are to increase the capacity to recilience to oil spills by development of specific training programs and coordination between different partner regions of Atlantic-European area, imporove local and regional early warning systems and finally create an Atlantic-european volunteer Network to assist cleanig spills and publicity and awareness campaigns.
