Start-up of a gastronomic marketing joint strategy among several Atlantic locations

To spread and value gastronomic resources to achieve the identification of local society (Huelva in this case) with its own culture, considering this heritage as distinguishing mark of a group and as the most efficient means of protection and defense.
To pay attention and include proposals by bars, restaurants and professionals of the area, designing new activities programs.
To develop a new dissemination system through means based in the new communication technologies.
To promote knowledge and research of the gastronomic heritage of the city of Huelva.
To encourage cultural interest on Huelva cooking heritage.
To spread cultural and historical values of Huelva traditional cooking.
To raise Huelva citizenship of the preservation of its cooking traditional collection of recipes.
