General Objective: Reducing and reusing food waste and other waste from the seafood supply chain by incorporating prevention and circular economy measures and moving towards sustainability.

Specific Objectives

1. Increasing the sustainability of the seafood supply chain by reducing transport and optimizing packaging.
2. To increase the sale and consumption of local products to boost the social, environmental, and economic sustainability of the marketing of fish products.
3. To reduce the total amount of food waste produced along the seafood supply chain.
4. To reuse fishery products as new food products with a sufficient level of conservation to be donated to social entities.
5. To reduce the waste generated by the seafood supply chain in the transport, storage, storage, and distribution of seafood products.
