Gastronomic tourism in coastal areas of the Atlantic Area 2016-05-13 09:25:15
Promote business development in coastal areas of the Atlantic Area through the design of strategies and products linked to gastronomic tourism in the participating regions. The project will designed tourism products with the potential to attract new visitors and tourists to the territories, through a design methodology, the exchange of good practices at transnational level and the identification and recovery of gastronomic products of special tourist and ethnographic interest, based on the ethnographic, maritime and fishing heritage. The project will transfer good practices at transnational level in the use of natural resources with gastronomic and tourism purposes, between territories of the Atlantic Area with successful experiences, and those territories that have not valorized resources.
